If you are a Black Belt-in-training, congratulations! You are about to embark on a fascinating journey that will lead you to develop skills that solve problems that will save you, your employer, or your customers money.  To start your class, click on "Student Portal" in the Student Center menu at left.

  • If you are just starting the class, make sure you go to the Student Orientation page first.
  • If you have questions pertaining to the class, post a question on one of the Discussion Boards in the course.
  • If you need to contact your instructor directly, you can do so within the course.

Although we may use the define, measure, analyze, improve, control (DMAIC) mnemonic to help guide us through our problem solving, that doesn't really give us a lot of specific direction (as I bemoan in my Top 10 Stupid Six Sigma Tricks No. 4). Good experimental design
